We understand that the printing needs of our clients vary, and we are committed to providing the best possible solution for each individual case.
We utilize a Mark Andy P7 Performance Series Narrow web Flexographic Press, along with a Windmoller & Holscher (W&H) Miraflex Floxographic Central Impression Press.
Printing
Laminating
With two Nordmeccanica SuperSimplex SL 1100 Solventless Laminators, we can accommodate webs widths all the way up to 60 inches. Each laminator has a maximum OD of 40 inches.
An Ashe 135-6 Duplex Sapphire S2 Slitter / Rewinder along with a Catbridge Model 344FP-24 Turrent Slitter/Rewinder with speeds up to 2300 FPM handle all the slitting needs.
Slitter / Rewinders
Hudson Sharp Wicketers
Two Hudson Sharp Wicketers, both with zipper attachments and one with an automatic stacker an one with a standard stacker. Together these handle all of our wicketing needs.
Prepress Department
Using DuPont plates along with Esko DeskPack Packaging software, we have a DuPont Thermal Plating system that uses an ESKO Sparks 4260 Cyrel Digital Imager.
